Hi! I'm taffy! I'm an artist/streamer from the UK! usually I stream on twitch and do other things! I really love to draw stuff for people.

General Terms

I own all rights over the completed work, which allows for redistribution for self-promotion or use as portfolio examples. If requested, I will withhold from posting.
 
Any and all commissions will be dealt with in my own time unless a deadline is stated before payment. I can be a slow artist so please be patient.
 
If you rush me or harass me to get any commission done, or act abusive in any way I will cancel the commission, and if I have already completed a commission halfway with payment I will not refund you.
 
You are not permitted to use my art in any kind of AI training/NFT project at all. If I find out you are part of any of these things I will cancel the commission without a refund.
 
You are free to edit/change whatever you like with my commissions.
 
You are free to use my art for commercial/advertisement purposes. However if you want to sell my art as merch you must request for permission first.
 
This isn't a requirement but please if you are going to add my emotes on twitch, add me to the emote attribution page in your creator dashboard. If you don't know how to do that look at this guide here

Payment

I accept payments for commissions only on Ko-Fi/Paypal.
 
Most of my commissions are static in price but if it's for animation we can haggle the price on either twitter DM's or discord. I'd reccomend discord since I am more active there.
 
Refunds are available until the sketch is complete with your input. After that I will not be able to refund you, and changes will cost you more.
 
There is no increase in price for promotional media however I do ask you credit me.
